According to the latest S&P Case-Shiller Home Price Indices report , things may be taking a turn for the better in the Denver-Metro real estate market.  While we have seen a 4.7% decrease in home prices since June, 2007, the U.S. National Index has shown a 15.4% decrease for the same period.  Additionally, our market has shown an increase percentage change for the past 3 months.  Although, this does not confirm that we are out of the housing doldrums we have seen for the recent past, it definitely adds a hopeful glint that we may be nearing the end of it.
