We recently utilized Rebecca Thompson’s talents when we purchased our home.  What I liked about Rebecca was that she listened to our needs, and carefully selected homes for us to review that met those needs.  When we went out with her to see the homes, she had mapped out our trip in the most efficient way, and we were able to see many homes in a short amount of time.

Rebecca was patient with us while we picked apart nearly thirty homes.  She offered input when we asked, and allowed us to absorb the plusses and minuses of each home we viewed.  When we finally made our choice, Rebecca opened the home to us several more times before we put in an offer—we just had to be sure—and again, she was patient while we made our decision.

When it was time to make the offer, we were very aggressive with our price, and Rebecca supported us wholeheartedly, even though she knew our number was low and there would be some negotiating with the seller.  Thanks to her support, our final number came in ten thousand dollars LESS than we anticipated, and we believe it is because of Rebecca’s strong knowledge, not only about the real estate market, but also about the whole financial picture of this particular transaction.  Thanks to Rebecca’s promptness and diligence, we were able to close on our new home two weeks after submitting our offer.

Rebecca’s experience, patience, attention to detail, and ability to bring all the components of the real estate transaction together in an efficient manner set her apart from other agents.  I never felt as though she “just wanted to get her check,” which is how I have felt with other agents we have utilized in the past.
